Red wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards planted in 1971.
Hand harvested in 15 kilo plastic boxes. The best clusters are selected on the sorting table. Afterwards, they are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel truncated cone deposits.
The juice is cold pre-fermented at 22ºC to extract a maximum number of fruity aromas and fermented in deposit for 6 days. A manual press is used in the process to extract the best possible wine without great pressures. Aged in new (50%) French and American oak barrels and (50%) second year French barrels for 24 months prior to its subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Deep cherry colour with garnet tones. Excellent fruit expression with elegant red and black berries hints. Powerful entrance and long finish.
