Made with Tempranillo vines. Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel deposits. Controlled fermentation at 28ºC. A pneumatic press is used in the process; must is stabilized in stainless steel deposits.
Intense blackcurrant colour. Aromas of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and licorice.
Good entrance in the mouth, pleasant to drink with good tannins.
