Made with Tempranillo grapes. Hand-harvested in 15 Kg plastic boxes.
Only the best grapes are selected on the sorting table. After destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats.
Cold fermentation is carried out for 3 days to extract the maximum fruit aromas. Controlled fermentation using jackets and manual stirring to sink the cap and extract grape polyphenols for an excellent ageing in barrel. A manual vertical press is used for pressing. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels.
Aging in French oak barrels for 24 months.
Dark and intense red color. Good fruity intensity with hints of plums, blackberries, very spiced. Barrel toasted and tobacco nuances. Concentrated and with a long finish. Deep and intense.
